shouldnt be as it loks like thats how it was as the dowel was left in on 1 so it ment it had to go that way on caliper if you know what i mean________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

Tryng to fit these am no matter how I try to fit them they go tight on the disc, in my first pic is that right for the two spacers to fit against hub? As when it's like the the discs hard up against out side of caliper, then vice versa with out spacers? I'm thinkng either hub has to be skimmed slightly as has a shoulder that would let disc on far enough not to rub in first position Or a spacer to shim the disc out a ball hair then wouldn't rub in postion 2!! This set up was removed fom a 6 so should fit, will be somehing simple I'm sure, anyone got a number for bunks with turbo'd 6? If so get him to reply in this thread lol as I'm stuck now lol plus it's to cold!! Where does this go? between hub and bracket? thats where i think it does, This right? it looks like the discs dont fit over the lip so im thinking i can grind this flush and it should be ok as if disc could go further in it wouldnt rub the caliper. asked binka, and colin at pug performance cant remember if they had to do anything to fit these, i think they must off had to, as me and another dude are having similer problems. its focus rs discs im using as thats what binka used. any ideas chaps ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

if the RS discs are new then they would need the centre hole taking out to fit the peugeot flange.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

yes i know that, but it wont get over the lip on hub, in pic 3 in other post, should i just rub it down a bit and rub the discs down a wee bit an it should go?im thinking thats what they had to do at pug performance when they fitted them to binkas. ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

Sounds like a bodge to me.Have the bore of the discs altered and rechamfered to suit instead and they will go straight on. ________________________________________ Bang'in 7 gram rocks!I have one gear, GO! |

just get them bored out as required.. kad brakes dont usually utilise shims... but i believe they were used for wheel clearance hence the disc change..________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6NV Motorsport Automotive Performance Tuning 0121 448 7515 ECU Remapping/ DPF removal VAG/BMW Diag and Option Coding Peugeot Planet ECU coding/transponder programming etc www.nvmotorsport.com Facebook Page Project S6 |

Itis fouling on the two lugs thats used for bolting the calliper to,been playing about, and i either need half the size of small washer for bolting on and a 5mm spacer for behind the disc or probly just a 3mm spacer for behind the disc should see it alright as got it lined up and on, soim trying to find a 3mm spacer to borrow!________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |
