Up to 30mm on the standard shocks depending on what sort of mileage they've done, entirely up to you how low you go then if you change the shocks as well ________________________________________ All South Wales Members Click HereTeam Supercharged Black RALLYE ™ (Click Here for Build Project) MY EBAY ITEMS 07943066306 |

doesn't "handle" though does it as simon said, stick to 25-30mm max if you still want some ride quality, and if you drive the nice a and B roads you have in Devon I'd leave it standard as you'll need all the travel you can get Spax and Gmax, epic damper choice ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I must say mine sits about 45-50 lower on the rear and about 40mm on front, maybe a tad lower....... When the coils were fresh it handled like on rails (my mate rob would vouch for that) compared to my tired 100k Std setup now that setup had my wishbones pointing towards each other just a dickhair higher than level so it is within he centre of gravity of te car, although due to damper failure not back it bounces off the bumpstops as of late so I'm replacing with billies to get drivability back but keep it how I like it And as ben306 will tell you too low kills driveshafts Paul at skip browns would sell you their fastroad setup which is a 30mm drop over standard, so if it's good for them it'd be spot on for you ________________________________________ '97 PH1 'Sigma Blue' 306 GTI 6 project 'Tooters'194.2bhp 127.6 dB '96 PH1 'Black Noir' 306 DTurbo (project in permenant storage) '94 300tdi LR Discovery (project gone dead and buried) '99 td5 LR Discovery 2 (trailer tug and family bus) project 'in the garage getting chassis welded' (again) The 6 can go fast, the disco can go anywhere Built: 9 January 1997 - that's a Thursday Skip Brown cars: tarporley Cheshire Tel: 01829 720492 add me --> philbrindley85@hotmail.com TEAM: Snapper |

I'm not using this as an excuse to post a picture of my car, but as and example of how I like my 306 to sit.Mine is lowered on "cheap" adjustable coilovers from eBay (cost around £150) and the ride, IMO is perfect. It's been lowered around 50mm all round IIRC (GKZ 206 may remember) This pic was taken this weekend and has 55 profile tyres on the back and 50 on the front, I think that makes a small difference too. ________________________________________ JAMMA "M44YHW" MAYHEWLOSE WEIGHT NOW - ASK ME HOW - NUTRI-FIX GTi6 LPG, The best of both worlds! 2006: 1997 R reg 306 1.4 Miami - Diablo Red - DEAD 2007: 1999 V reg 306 1.4 Meridian - Diablo Red - SOLD 2007-09: 1998 S reg 306 GTi6 - Diablo Red - DEAD 2009-10: 1998 R reg Corsa 1.2 - Blue - SOLD 2010-13: 2001 Y reg 306 GTi6 LPG - Diablo Red - DEAD 2013 - 2013: 2000 X reg GTi6 LPG - Moonstone Blue - DEAD 2013 - current: 2001 X reg GTi6 LPG - Diablo Red ]FOR SALE "I LIVE FOR THE 306" |

I love driving down the B roads and thats what these cars are built for at the end of the day... Ive lowered it 40mm all round and would never go lower as you'll loose performance on B roads. as ive strpped it out its probably sitting between 35 and 40 and its perfect on cyclones with 195/50/15you'll appeciate the car more if you dont go lower than 40mm unless you live in perfect roand land with dead smooth roads then dont go lower ________________________________________ Team SUPERCHARGEDI LIVE FOR THE 306 Old Project thread Clicky: click here remove the space between [url = |
