Hi guys,

Although this may be a fairly simple job of a few bolts, what I didn't want to do is come into the unknown. So has anyone removed the standard Phase 3 spoiler and if so what do I need to do?

I am taking it off to spray as the rubber is starting to peel. So before it gets any worse I am going to do it 'right'! It does however mean it will be off the car for a few days . . . .

What do I need to watch out for?

Thanks in advance for all help.

Don't drop and loose the washers and nuts when unbolting it and look after them while its off!!

also the spoiler is rather floppy so take care once its painted not to bend it too much, also put loads of layers of paint on it as i didn't and it needs doing again after two years Sad
