Get it mapped properly rather than a generic map. Anything you download will be based on hypothectical figures, get it mapped individually to your car.Wayne at Chipwizards in Rochdale can map the standard ECU ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |

Basically a remap can be one of two things:1. a "guess" as to your air and fuel flow etc, so may increase power or torque but is designed to be applied to every gti6 out there and won't meet your specific needs 2. an accurate adjustment to the engine suited to your specific modifications and engine condition ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |

I'm saying your individual modifications.Plus you can't map the standard ECU using normal OBDII equipment, the ECU doesn't have a port for that ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |

I'd say it sounds like you should leave your ECU well alone. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Nowhere, this isn't a new turbodiesel where you can just wind the fuel and boost up and hope it doesn't go bang.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments.
