Since i cant seem to find someone who can sell me a Rallye Aux belt setup at the moment... i've heard of other ways to achieve removing air con on the GTi 6 engine... but wondering if anyone could direct me into tried, tested and proven routes....

i bought my roller brand new from local motor factors as well as the belt

ended up buying the tensioner off ebay from a peugeot dealer for about half the price you would pay at pug.

ended up paying about £100 for mine. bit more than i wanted to pay but then everything is new and in good condition.

Sorry, PSA??? also the 205 had a pulley? my main aim obviously is to save weight otherwise i'd keep the aircon pulley on as it is.

Dont suppose someone could help with what exact XU10 Engine would work and with what belt??
