Some tw@t lady just smashed my wing mirror grrr. Can you get just replacement glass or do I have to buy a whole mirror? Just worried about the wiring etc for the adjusters

Yes you can, needs to be the correct one for your car as it has heated elements, unless you don't care about defrosting in winter.
