i know this has been covered many times but in every thread i've read on here there's something bad to be said about whatever pads are the topic of discussion. usually something about them falling to bits after 5 miles Roll eyes

i've just bought some cheapo rear discs and pads from GSF, which is fine by me as IMO the rears don't do much apart from keep the balance right and the handbrake, but my front pads sound like they're down to nothing so i urgently need some pads and don't want to waste £30 or more on some crap that fades before i've even got off my street.
i was going to get some DS2500s but after reading a few horror stories on here i'm not so sure, so can somebody tell me which of these i should get, or which others...

I have just taken 1144 of my Hispec set up and they were good, however I have only ever had DS2500 with standard calipers and liked them a lot Wink

Edit- as Phil says, for general road use 1144 will do the job Smile

I had M1144 and M1155 on my S16 which used the 266 set up so they are available (or were, this is a few years ago)
