Are all sandwich plates universal (apart from the centre stud)

Just go on eBay and search for one for the gti6/Rallye and that way you know you got the right one. As for are they universal I wouldn't think so, oil filter sizes etc I would imagine are all factors.________________________________________ Team Running Engine again!Team Negative Camber! Right, piecing it together from the part numbers on my invoice from Think Automotive, it seems that the basic part for the Mocal sandwich plate is "SP1" which looks like it fits most cars with a spin-on oil filter. So yeah the basic sandwich part is pretty universal, for Mocal anyway.After that, there's a letter on the end, SP1E, SP1F, SP1G etc. that denotes the thread for the filter (which is physically a separate part, but not sure if they can be bought separately or even if it's worth doing it that way).
