I have had a good look the FAQ and tried quite a few variations on the search. Is there a post in the Suspension section or a FAQ on fitting lowering springs.

Can someone re-up the pic's on this FAQ. I would be most appreciative. As the FAQ section seems to be missing something when there is just a blank space.

Think the pics have been deleted mate, get cracking with it and you should soon be able to pick up which bit goes where!

Job done. Only prob's I had were, one of the top mount bearings is shot so will need to replace + noticed that the outboard drive shaft Gaiter is burst both on the same side as well, DAMM. Must admit though Rich E had the best advice about jacking up the hub. Top Class.

Im soon going to be attempting to fit some Bilstein B4's and Eibach 30mm lowering springs. Is it a tough job? First time on suspension here. Think i will be buying new top mounts aswell for this job.

But am i ok using all the old washers/seals etc in the old suspension?

Going to be borrowing spring compressors from the old man and giving it a bash.

As said above, use the guide to remove the strut, and once you strip the strut down it will become obvious what goes where!Wink

I think what would have been very handy would have been a PDF to download. For this and all the other FAQ. With access to both the text and pic's this would be a very simple operation to do.
