Going to purchase a pair as I imagine I may well damage the original ones when removing to fit new dampers. At a guess plastic lighter but more likely to snap?

I was told that the plastic ones are actually stronger than the metal ones, something to do with they way they are moulded? Dunno

Not sure how true that is though.

You could however go for some of >>these<<. Cool

Good plastic ones (the fibreglass reinforced ones such as lemforder), are stiffer than the metal ones.
Shit plastic ones are the worst of the lot though...

I've just ordered some Lemforder ones from ECP too so will let you know when they're on at the weekend. But I did buy them really on the strength of phillipm's comments in another thread, he knows his suspension.

Yep, if you stick your head under the wheel arch, there it is, it's definately suspension.

Now, does anyone know what it's for? LOL

Do them up to take them off. Loads easier than undoing them - snap the bolts off Smile
