Going to purchase a pair as I imagine I may well damage the original ones when removing to fit new dampers. At a guess plastic lighter but more likely to snap? |

Metal mate. mine had plastic and both snapped, the metal ones i fitted feel more solid and much better imo![]() |

I was told that the plastic ones are actually stronger than the metal ones, something to do with they way they are moulded? ![]() Not sure how true that is though. You could however go for some of >>these<<. ![]() |

Good plastic ones (the fibreglass reinforced ones such as lemforder), are stiffer than the metal ones.Shit plastic ones are the worst of the lot though... ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Half cages right up to complete custom spaceframes - MSA/FIA spec, CDS, ROPT, T45, etc - PM meEmail me! Custom-made polybushes available - need an odd size or fitment? - anything from batch work to one-off pieces. |

I've just ordered some Lemforder ones from ECP too so will let you know when they're on at the weekend. But I did buy them really on the strength of phillipm's comments in another thread, he knows his suspension. |
