I thought about doing that but saw an orange chavvy clio in town and was instantly swayed towards yellow.

Orange just makes me think of poorly fitted fiberglass

Wow! I really like that Thumbs up

You have biiiiiiiiiiig kahunas for doing it though, very brave! Smile

Reminds me of Bics 106 S/C with the black boot/bonnet combo, although his was carbon, along with the roof Smile

what paint are you using? and how durable is it? i'd be tempted to repaint my own gti6 in another colour with rattle cans but i know it'd all flake off after a week Unsure the colour's starting to p*ss me off and i have the urge to repaint it you see..

I'm liking that TBH. Looks much better from the front, and with the P3 front end, will look bang up to date.

I'm suprised no-ones done a wallye in 205 rallye yellow yet

Lights wired up nicely. Question though.. when the sidelights are on, are the dipped H7's supposed to come on low intensity aye?

Hmm my dipped lights seem to be getting a feed off the sidelights. There's two earths coming from the plug, could I have got them the wrong way round?

That's what I thought, the dipped lights seem to have two different intensities.

Can anyone with crystals nip out and confirm that for me please?

On my P3, the sidelights come on on their own, no other lights at all.

that's why there is more lives at a guess. our old lights probably took one feed - one high/low to do each bulb maybe. the crystals take two feeds so by combining the feeds your low bulb will be illuminating aswell as the other. not read our wiring info properly but i've had this loads on CANBUS for BMW lighting.. common and annoying issue

interesting rikky, but the phase 1 lights have 3 lives and 2 earths in total, same as the crystals.

Turns out i'd got the o/s earths the wrong way round. Nightbreakers are so bright when they're not in crappy old lights Laugh
