Came out to the car this morning to a flat battery,I jumped it off the wifes car to find that the offside indicators were stuck on,not flashing just all lit up now I'm guessing this could be the cause of the battery drain but the thing is what can be causing them to stay on?? The window switch on my side is also making funny noises when putting the window up! Could this be related and to top it all off I shut the bonnet down on my phone and smashed the screen what a morning________________________________________ R.I.P pete, see you at the crossroadsso i dont forget type a clicky title p2 gti-6, scooby wagon'restoration project' |

Mine had the same problem well similar, the alarm ECU is behind the rear drivers side trim panel bolted to the b pillar IIRC, just unplug it and see if it helps! ________________________________________ Team Running Engine again!Team Negative Camber! The alarm system on my old Impreza did this. When I armed/disarmed the alarm the indicators flashed and then stayed on. Sometimes it was one, sometimes both and when I was lucky they stayed off Turned out to be a knackered alarm ECU too. ________________________________________ Racing driver, fighter pilot, astronaut, compulsive liar. |
