Are the standard mounts for the 6/rallye the same as the rest of the 306 range? |

No, they aren't. They are the same as the ones on the XSi, HDi and possibly the XS too but lower spec models have softer rubber in the mounts.________________________________________ Rich |

holy thread resurrection I had a look at Service.Citroen.com and for the Xsara there are two types of bushes for the WHOLE Xsara range - it lists both for every type of engine/chassis Left: -5131.69 Paulstra -5131.82 Rennes B.t. Right: -5131.70 Paulstra -5131.83 Rennes B.t. WTF is that Paulstra / Rennes? And if I buy an aftermarket bush like Lemförder, will it have rubber like the original in (so not as soft as some cheap copy), or should I stick with what PSA made? ________________________________________ VTSbest 60' : 2.272 best 1/8 ET : 9.375 @ 74.42mph best 1/4 ET: 14.603 @ 97.047mph Team Trackday™ |

Paulstra is a supplier of anti-vibration mountings and other types of rubber mount, so I would guess Rennes is too.I'd get OEM. Paulstra is the sporty model equipment iirc. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

as above, 70/69 should be stiffer than the other ones.Lmemforder will be good quality but how they compare to the original specification I don't know. shame they are quite expensive, £91.09 + vat each for the sport item, £52 + £66 for the non-sport spec. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
