Hopefully Ive put this in the right section.

When opening my boot I noticed that the element thats attached to the rear window has come detached. By the looks of it both the wire and metal bit are still working.

What can I use to reattach this back to the window to help make the heated screen work? Is there any special type of glue or tape to use??

Might be able to stick it with a little conductive paint, halfords used to sell it.
