will have to get one to take a mould from but it'll be about £100 as the resin will be more expensive to withstand the higher heat.

if i can get the carbon at a good enough price then i will. will keep people up dated on this. its only the first layer that needs to be wide. a carbon one is looking at about £380 + postage at the minute.

i have started to make a parttern for cold air intakes at 110mm reducing down to 75mm for hose. not about for a couple of days guys got to go see a big customer. will answer all pm's asap though. thanks james

I'm not sure... I've got morrettes with intakes at the moment, but I've got some etech aluminium type ones...
I've fitted mine on the inside bit of plastic not the very outside...

Hi james, iv only just read your pm about driving up to see you which is a shame as that would have been perfect for me.

James is going to cover my morrettes in carbon as i have a carbon grill and bonnet so far so that might be something you two might want to do??

cold air feed started guys. just a couple of pics of the pattern.



the pics are on my shitty spoox carbon bonnet.
also anyone got a scrap phase 3 bonnet. i've damaged mine and can't take the mould from it now.
