i've just had the wheel alignment done on the car but although its a million times better now, it still seems to pull slightly to the right.

they done it 3 times to try get it corrected but the garage believed something else might be causing it to pull, what other things could be causing it?

cheers

I had a snow tyre on my old diesel which was the cause of my car pulling widly to the right, only found out after 3 lots of tracking. Just had a single front spring changed at christmas and this also resulted in severe pulling to one side until I got the other side changed. Springs or tyres is could well be.

Mine pulled to the right, it turned out to be the suspension top mount and bearing.

Same here, just changed the top mounts on mine, the right bearing was shot, only pulled slightly to the right before but tracks perfect now.

I asked Ash the exact same question yesterday...it was tracked with no one realising it had a random 55 profile OSR. Anyway I replaced the balljoints and it slightly pulled left.

I then got some correct 55 profile wheels tyres and it then started pulling right (as you would expect as the radius on the NS tyres was now larger.

I have taken it to 3 different Kwik-fit branches and it will take about 8-10 seconds at 70mph to go from one lane to another on a motorway, still to the right.

EDIT: My car has new P bushes, balljoints, TRE's, droplinks and discs/pads within last 1000 miles.
