Did you do anything to the cut edge or silicon underneath the overlap to stop water getting underneath and rusting?

eddy get them of ebay as you can get them for slightly cheaper.Ive put a bead of sillyc*nt but basically there other bits water could get in so not that fussed. ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

i did, as i snapped my cable because ive had slam panle on and off loads as quickest way to get engine in out and that, but basically you could leave it in, but then whats the point in fitting these, just get a set that glues on the bonnet haha________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

Same reason here, My catch was broke and the cable and lever had both snapped, I got mine from LK performance in Bradford near me were 50quid IIRC |
