When you lower a car, the control arm angles upwards and therefore the bush rotates - the aim is to rotate the bush slightly so that it is sitting in the neutral position when the vehicle is on flat ground.
Basically, do not tighten up the front bush bolt til the car is on the ground, ie the bush is sitting in its natural position.
