I know ye all say that you cant buy them and to use a sealent instead but what exactly have ecp and similar companys listed as these ( rocker cover gaskets ) so seen as they list a separate front and rear gasket. Im a bit confused Erm? .

These could be the cam carrier gaskets.

Just had a quick look myself. Is this what you mean?

http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Peugeot_306_2.0_1999/p/Car-Parts/Engine-Parts/Engine-Parts/Gaskets-and-Seals/?368545050&1&bfcbe4db9c8885b4a754d4a86c2191cfad551608&ROKG

I'm new so not heard the reasons why you wouldn't be able to get hold of them? can anyone enlighten me?

they're for the plastic cover as used on the XU7 and XU10J4R NOT the XU10J4RS engine.

as you'd find with a search, you can't get a seal separately for the gti6/rallye cam covers as they are bonded on.

also, they are NOT rocker covers, there are no rockers!!!

I know they are not rocker cover's but it's just a commonly used term which everyone seems to understand.I did search previously and i thought that maybe these were a new product recently launched.
I use the search button all the time Razz .
