Hey guys,

I'm looking to make a track orientated 6 and not to bothered about road comfort although i would like it to be good down B roads etc Smile

I've been researching the options and it seems Bilstien B8s are a good option, and faulkner springs ? Are there any reconmended spring rates ?

Second option would be some Gaz or Weitec coilovers, i have no experience of either so advise would be good please Smile

Finally, what else is worth while doing ?

Are there uprated ARB's avaiable and where can i purchase them ?

I don't want to be spending more than

Upgradable parts.
Front;
Adjustable topmounts
Coilovers
Rose jointed drop links
Rich W roller bearing wishbone bushes
Polly bushes for front ARB

Rear;
Solid mounts
upgraded torsion bars
upgraded ARB
Full beam rebuild
Adding camber to the rear arms

I'd be going for coilovers and Rich's wishbone bushes (or new rubber ones). 21mm torsion bars (from pug, most HDi estates, xsara VTS beam) upgraded ARB (Ash's 30mm or hybrid) and some solid mounts

Not so much actual suspension items tho more related items.
Granted strut braces and light wheels help the suspension do a better job mind.

There's a nice shiny pair of dampers on the way to John, I'm sure he'd let you have them for

Sort the brakes out and get some decent tyres before you even consider the suspension Yes

If you have cash to splash then go for some coilovers but if your on a budget some decent springs on the standard setup should do you well Yes
