If you intend to mot it and the car was fitted with it you need it working.
Or a friendly tester.
Would require new lines or at least parts of lines to join up from mc to the rest of system.
Could then remove the sensors, abs pump, etc

if it is not there it can't be tested, it doesn't need to be there atall for the mot if it was born with it. if you have it, but it's broke, then that is when it's a problem (what i was told by the garage)

i routed all new pipes from the MC to the calipers via a bias valve and did away with the valve underneath

had the front MC port splitting down to a T piece, going off to both front calipers

had the rear MC port going to the inside, to a bias valve, out the back and to another T piece; two lines to each rear caliper.

Sh*t, sounds a bit more involved than I thought. Did you do your own Rickky or a local garage ? I live in Wales but work in central Manc. Oh and how much did all that cost ?

Yeah, do as Rikky says, thats how I did it. I'd keep the brake servo too, I have 2x master cylinders and no servo and the brakes don't feel half as good.

Cost wise you should be able to do it for around

It's easy, Remove pump and wiring which runs under the car and remake brake pipes to suit.
Can;t really say much more than that

it's that metal block that has a load of outlets on it, you use it for propping your block upright when you remove the bottom mount.
