jus wondering if any1 has ever used one or heard owt bout them? are they any good and such like?

They're a cheap way to drop compression, but a shit way of doing it, you loose all the squish in the cylinder heads so you end up having to drop the compression far more than you actually need to.

It would, but you're going to loose a power + torque over it being done properly
