sort of yes, they dont make that much difference on there own(10hp) but with ported and polished head and the maniflow manifold you get alot more.
i would suggest you get brakes and suspension sorted before you do the engine.
who said i crashed? was it fat boy that works at fleetlands used to have a ztec s now has an st.

on idle it is a bit lumpy. i had a twat in a civic ek9 tell me my engine was f*cked, ah no its cams mate.
just ask collin to take you out in his when he is back of holiday, his is more or less same spec.

yer i will do he already said that i can go out in his some time. i have got bilstien b8's and eibach springs, cage is goign in and im getting a set of tarox disks and willwood calipers with ferodo pads

my mate is a mechanic, me him and another mate all have got big projects to compleate over the winter months. so we will help each other out alot of the work he does he doenst charge me for, fitting my billys and eibachs and doing the torsion bar was

i went up agaist a e36 m3 convertable. i excelerated off the lights round the round about down the motorway sliproad and he only went past when i was nearly topping out. my gti-6 was standard. so if ollies is camed and runnign 200bhp im sure it could do it

maybe the m3 that you played with wasnt standard, the second fastest m3 in the world is in pompey wasnt yellow was it lol
