Other way around generally, but frankly, for most gti6 engines, you're going to want them virtually as long as you can fit under the bonnet.

Too short can loose power everywhere unless the engine is running a silly rev. limit.

so its overall length of inlet tract thats important not just trumpet length.

Im running a sorter inlet with around 125mm trumpets, seems to work well and gave better overall power than when tried with shorter ones.
