not 100% sure yet, but engine rattling, think ive maybe dropped a valve, as my head was skimmed and probly close already, im gonna whip head of tomorrow an see.

I think it's the actual elbow being the wrong size. I have had a bit of a 'mare over the last few weeks by trying to save the air con. On a day like today it would have made sense Roll eyes

Mines up and running now,200 miles and all seems good,also decided to keep the aircon and run the boost pipes beside the rad rather than under the crossmember,had no power steering for a week so will appreciate it when its back!will post up some photos when my hands heal Smile
