mind on all of my car's I;ve never had this so it's difficult for me to see the issue but I cannot see it being huge at all.
As we all know the std one's have huge lumps of rubber to reduce engine noise into the cabin so by removing this you may induce some.

As long as they get rid of the "stirring custard" feel and have a long enough bolt to properly attach it to my GE quickshift, I want some LOL

Just a thought.
Does anyone get more whine in the car in first gear at about 2 to 3k revs with these?
Possibly as miles says due to no rubber?
I cant hear the same noise with the windows down

Put a good amount of grease on the balls to stop them rattling

When I replaced my steering rack a few weeks ago I took the opportunity to clean the rods and pack with fresh grease. Before I greased them I rolled up some small blobs of ptfe tape and placed them inside the balljoint at the top of each balljoint then greased them and put them back on. The rattling has completely gone now and ive done a fair bit of mileage without change.

Might be a solution for people with the same problem.

Mine were packed with grease and they rattle like f**k.

Doesn't bother me really as I normally have music on
