I remember these a mate had one as a company smoker and let me have a go.
Swooshy quick and the view from the drivers seat of things in the mirror just going vanishing small while things ahead get suddenly big, near and scary-like being in the arcade since the car -standard and new- was so uncannily smooth......

Tbh Matt, your Rallye is stunning and normally i'd be very keen to at least have a look!! But i've just realised that i've done 8k in 13 weeks ... and i was sat at home on my (previously) unemployed ass for 6 of them Crazy

Think i had better stick to the mile muncher for the time being lol

No worries mate.

I love my rallye probably 30% of the time and its nothing against the car its great.

Problem is when i drive it locally it just frustrates me, stuck in traffic all the time.....stop start etc and thats the majority of the time at the mo. Its only every now and then when i head out to see friends and family in yorkshire that i really begin to love it.....in its element! But still theres the m62 before and after.

I think come end of summer/autum time i'll sell up for a more all rounder.

Oh dear, and I thought you might have a bit of class Mellow

Razz Happy

(allergic to any sort of M-badging or symbols on a non-M car. imagine putting GTI6 badges on an XSI, even if it had the RS manifold..)

Nice looking car, though.

Ah right, so in the 60/70 refurb includes sorting the bolts too ?

It's an Auto Coupe, silver with light grey leather. Where can I find full spec like you've listed ?

dave do yourself a favour, buy the ZHP knob - the 6spd for the M3 is 25117896886, you'll have to do some digging for the 5 spd emblem'd one. i've just fitted it and it's the best 40 quid i've spent. cheaper from the dealer too, bog standard heavy shift knob but smaller and improves the throw

edit

clicky - just for visual only, dont buy from these! - cheaper at dealer

Looking lovely Dave

Not done anything to mine, wheels still need a refurb badly.

Got a low coolant warning and brake light warning on my OBC. It uses water quite alot but it doesn't seem to be leaking, my brother reckons it's always done this but I can't help think it's the heater matrix....you changed one before on one of these cars ?

Car looks stunning btw.

Although maybe i'm in the minority that prefers it with the rear spoiler.

Has this had any nikasil issues?
