sorry for digging this up, but i'm looking for new discs for the rallye and i was planning to get brembo max, though it seems there aren't brembo max discs for the 306 in 283mm?

Brembo does make some max discs for the cit. xantia and xsara in 283mm, do these fit?
And which of them do, since there seem to be some different 283mm discs for xsara/xantia.

brembo catalogue

Thanks in advance Wink

wops, I checked again and the discs I found for xsara/xantia were just OE discs and not max..

Sorry about that Doh

any good alternatives? Or should I just go for the OE brembo's? (will be using ferodo ds2500 or mintex 1144 pads)

I just bought the Brembo Std Discs & some DS2500 Pads and fit them today - very impressed with the results and the pads aren't even nearly bed in yet. Highly recommend them...

Brembo MAX - High Carbon content disc which are balck and have groves cut into them..

black for about 20 seconds and then the paint is of....BTW the Brembo Max disc suck.....i used them on a 206 (266 mm) and they where not better then OEM discs, actually in rain the car couldnt barely brake Blink (but it could be the Brembo Max/EBC Greenstuff combo)

as i remember they didnt survive 2 trackdays...

so to me there not worth the upprice....

the EBC Turbo Groove warped like in no time, and where worn very fast, so did the ATE Powerdisc

i stick to OEM discs, they are cheap and handle the abuse pretty well
