Picked up the exhaust from Maniflow and it is a fantastic job.

We have also finished the fuel system and hydraulic clutch system.

Should be able to fire it up next weekend Big grin

My Longlife has been happy with over 240bhp Yes

But then back pressure is not a requirement like it is in a N/A scenario.

Would be really good if the thread actually had some information and specs in. Posting "All I can say is that it's a brand new lump" isn't really that handy

Edit - I know there's a short list on the first page, but it doesn't really explain much. I guess what I'm wondering is how has it been made usable on the road, what's the thought behind everything

Its the gti6 manifold which wont let more than 240bhp flow through it (ask Maxi on here) so you have to have a touring maniflow manifold made to get the full power.

I dont really understand what you want me to put Dave? You can play with the map a bit to make it more useable on the road also the cams are usually 13mm lift i think
It has a custom 40mm pin steel crank
Ultra lightweight rods
Ultra lightweight forged pistons
Touring car head
solid lifters
11mm lift cams
Mutli baffelled sump with multiple pick up points
48mm jenveys
EFI managment
Flywheel
Cam pullys
