so chop the 1.9 down pipe a weld the end of the mi down pipe on ?________________________________________ CLUB PUG |

The best way to do it is grind the weld off the flange of the std 205 downpipe, take the flange off then chop about 2 inches off the downpipe. Then you want to offer up the dowpipe to the manifold with the flange just rested on loose and adjust the position of the downpie/flange till its a good fit to the manifold. When you get the downpipe in the right position tack weld the flange on in situ then weld it all back together. |
