well the "inventor" of the system is a hgv fleet mechanic & does work for sainsburys RDC where I work & he assures me the system does work and offers a moneyback guarantee if the system doesnt improve fuel economy by 25% when I spoke with him last week he had done tim cahill's car the same day (everton football player). |

I basically told him straight it sounds like a con & he told me this invention has been 20 years in the making from when he worked at tate & lyle as the fleet engineer there, I questioned him as to why if he is making all this money from installing these systems he still works as fleet mechanic & his response was " all my money goes back into research & development & its costing me |

Sounds very interesting i must admit, i dont understand how the system can improve fuel economy by at least 25% and also the performance of the car ! Post up though once he's shown you the system and how it works, im always interested in ideas like this. ________________________________________ Cherry RALLYE |

If he would trial fit it to a 6, and it showed an improvement in MPG then id be up for a kit depending on gains etc________________________________________ "Gotta Love The 6"According to my wife i think the 6 is the fastest car in the world, perhaps she is right LoL ! |

Yeah I don't want to come over all Dragons' Den here, but if it was that much of a winner he should be licensing it to a major manufacturer and sitting back and earning a tidy ________________________________________ Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch....Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. Has he any proof that it has been used on one car for a long period of time (i.e 5 years) without any side effects or consequences. An engine is designed to work a particular way from factory and is designed to last for (supposedly) well over a 100,000 miles, therefore does this system cause the engine to wear prematurely or clog up etc ? ________________________________________ Cherry RALLYE |

cosmic spanner wrote: Hell, why hasn't he sold it to the Sainsburys fleet he works on, rather than fitting them on a car-by-car basis?! I asked him the same question & he said he has got quite a bit of tweaking to do with HGV's / Diesel engines yet as they are only returning on average 8% better MPG with the system fitted. |

* Increases volume of air into intake manifold* Revitalises air flow through the PCV system by adding fresh metered air and molecules of Kleen & Green oil into the circuit * Seals top piston rings for better compression and less blow by * Extends the life of the Catalytic Converter * Extends engine life by reducing wear on piston rings and cylinder walls * Improves lubricity of engine oil of engine oil by reducing dilution from unburned hydrocarbons * Reduces squelch area in cylinders to a minimum helping improve volumetric efficiency (In rainy humid climates squelch area in cylinders increases sharply reducing efficiency) * Lubricates valve seats and guides and removes carbon deposits from valves * Practically eliminates hydrocarbon emissions due to cleaner and more complete combustion * Increase in MPG 25% or more. Mileage improves with extended use * More power better engine response enhanced with prior engine tune up. Best performance achieved with fuel injection systems It's utter bo***cks, It just reminds me of the eBay superchargers with a little more effort advertising. What he's saying there, is his 'system' is essentially oil, a lubricant. So other than 'a more free flowing engine' which if that was the case, im sure Castrol would of latched onto it by now, how's it make more efficient combustion? Oil bears no effect on combustion. I don't like the bit about stopping blow-by either. There are no miracle cures for blow by, it's due to physical wear on the rings and bores. It may help seal it for the short term, but that would require other sealing agents? It's just a load of boll*cks aimed to lure people in with jargon ________________________________________ 1990 Cherry Red 205 Gti-62000 Mitsubishi Galant V6 |
