hi, My car's been idling very rough recently, nearly cutting out then revvig to 2k revs. I thought it would be the stepper motor, but today the autodiagnostics light came on and i lost most of the car's power. The car currently 'chuggs' along like a tractor! Does anyone know what it could be? I'd rather try fixing it myself (no money after xmas!!) Any advice would be great
cheersSmile

Unfortunately it looks as though you will have to go to your Peugeot dealer to get a check/report done on your cars ecu, or do you know of a independant garage that might have the equipment to read the faults?

I had to get a check/report done on my 307 for an ABS fault..........£51.34 not cheap Im afraid.

You say "chuggs" does the 306 have a "safe mode" setting like later Pugs?
