yes which is why you should keep the car on the ground or the shocks could move/drop out of place

it was simple Smile i fitted mine with everything in place and on the ground Smile

oh, and cheers Swampy for those bolts you supplied me some tiem ago... still fits a treat Thumbs up

Yer all the holes line up plus the sticker would be round the wrong way!just tryed again and the bonnet shuts(just) but there is a gap between the wing and bonnet so its only just catching Angry

At first i used the bolts that came out but after reading a few posts i went and got my self some nice new ones Wink will try taking the sound deading off in the morning Thumbs up

i heard that its a bad idea to take the sound deadening off as it can cause premature paint corrosion on the bonnet Dunno

At a push i might believe that the heat from the engine could damage the paint and the cover protects against this as well as providing sound deadening Yes

Mines been off for years, no sign of any premature paint damage so far Thumbs up
