hi okay ive got abit of a nasty problem. When i set off i get this horrible grinding noise and when i want to put the power down it judders and knocks like hell. I thought it was the clutch at first because it does it worse if i put it into 4th gear say at 30mph and then put foot on gas but then drop it back into 3rd and its not as bad so its defo load related but not really anything to do with the clutch biting or releasing because i can fully engage the clutch without any problems but then when i want power it gets nasty. The clutch seems smooth and no bounce in pedal or anything. Probably intermediate bearing fubard what do you guys think. I just cant work out why with speed in the right gear it goes away im guessing less strain on the driveshafts or something but i still havnt ruled out the clutch or flywheel as most people know ive just changed them both. Sad hope my symptoms make sense to someone. The garage said its driveshafts but didnt drive it or anything.

SO far ive concluded its either

driveshaft joints
engine/gearbox mounts
clutch/flywheel
