It really is simple,
The track rod ends basicaly are the bit between the hub assembly and the steering rack.
They have a pivit system on them and these can wear causing really bad feel for the road.
They are not expensive at all.
I would suggest changing these at the same time as lowering the car, makes a substantial differnce.
