ive already done this to my rear engine mount, and the rear swing arm chocks....to some decent effect.

one of my front swing arm "p-bushes" has already gone after less than 2 years new. the centre metal is seperating away from the rubber, i can imagine the other wont be far away. bloody potholes

ive gone for the "uprated" citreon berlingo ones... but they have the same hollows in them. would filling them with rtv silicone be detrimental or actually beneficial?
