is there any way to lower the front seats in a gti6?

i think i remember there are 3 plastic bung washers where the rails mount, to gain about 4-5mm, but removing them is kinda buggard by the 4th horizontal bolt/mount on the side?

are there lighter or lower replacement seats from another peugeot?

failing the above, aftermarket alternatives?

5 door seats I think would be lower as they don’t have the tilt mechanism, I don’t know if they will fit a 3 door though.
