Hi

I need to find a replacement fuel feed pipe (Part No. is 1573 JN). Any advice on where I might get hold of one (or what to do if I can't).

Cheers.

These are hard plastic lines, shaped to fit the underside of the car. I'm not sure if they're still available from the main dealer but unlikely. I think your best bet would be to contact someone on one of the FB groups who break 306's and see if you can get one from them.

Thanks, that's helpful.

Local garage couldn't find anything and commented that anything from a breakers would be old and therefore likely to be brittle and so potentially problematic to fit.

Are there any other solutions? Flexible hose?

Cheers.

never seen the oem plastic lines have any issues, its always the short rubber sections.

flexible hose wont fit in the original clips, best bet is to get an used one and fit it yourself.

have you actually tried a decent peugeot parts guy for the part? its only £90 odd.

https://peugeotcitroendsparts.com/search.php?search_query=1573JN try these guys, they must have sold one not too long ago as it comes up on their website.

I think he's after one of the long ones that runs from the fuel filter to the engine bay (1573.JN)

They don't really become brittle to be honest. I took mine off a couple of years ago and once cleaned they looked brand new and certainly got re-used. Perhaps the lack of direct sunlight/heat means they stay in good condition.

I would certainly try to source a second hand one from someone breaking a 306.
