mine was full of lots of sludge and a rusted spring. now its just a rusted spring with some sludge.

needs replacing, cannot for love or money find an oem one.

anybody point me in the right direction?

failing that.....there are very similar looking items but they all seem to be for ze germans, audis

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355854300050?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11051.m43.l1123&mkcid=26&ch=osgood&euid=2b7797a134674c179649af30a353ede0&bu=43731773996&osub=-1%7E1&crd=20240728213716&segname=11051

i figure each valve is rated to open at a certain pressure..... jut wondering how far off can it be before it causes problems?

wonder if I have this issue with mine as mine certainly has plenty getting into the inlet manifold.

quite possibly....its designed to stop engine vacum from sucking up more oil than necesarry into the inlet.

its only suposed to open if internal case pressure gets above a certain point.

seeing as its defunct and quite possibly been spewing rusty chunks of spring into my air inlet.

if yours is orignal..... id guess its in a similar state to mine and should be replaced asap.
