Hi all, looking for some advice.

Can a Quaife diff be removed from a gearbox and run like it did before the diff was fitted? Or does something need replacing to let it run without the diff?

you need a standard Peugeot BE large planet gear diff.

not sure why anyone would take a quaife out, unless it was to put a plate LSD in...

Thanks for the advice.

I've got a donor car with a diff in it and I was figuring out if I could just remove the Quaife before I got my Rallye box out.

What it sounds like I need to do is get both boxes out and do them at the same time. Quaife into Rallye and planet gear diff into donor car.

Easier to just swap the box, saves buying diff bolts

Ok, that makes sense.

I don't think the donor gears are as good as mine, having driven it. If I want to keep my gears I presume I'll have to remove the diff?

What's the name of the bolt set that I'd need if I do need to replace the bolts?
