Hey All,

So My rallye has been off the road for maybe year or so?
Looking to get it back MOT'd and running again.

I only parked it because I was not longer using it enough. So ran fine when it was parked!

yesterday, i pulled the plugs and ran it over till it got oil pressure.
Noticed i did not hear the fuel pump prime when i turned the key, and sure enough. no fuel at all.

Checked at the pump connector, 0v just after turning the key on.
Checked the fuel pump relay, seemed mostly Ok, some light corrosion on some pins.
Jumped pin 8 to pin 5. - Nothing

Supplied 12v directly to the pump, runs fine, started the car and engine runs great.
Supplied 12v to pin 5 on the connector, nothing.

Pressed the fuel inertia switch, made no difference.
Checked all the fuses under the hood and the steering column, they are all fine.

So, I am assuming i have a broken/corroded wire somewhere between Pin 5 on the relay and the pump.
Does anyone know the details on where that wire goes from pin 5 onwards?

is there a way to test/bypass the fuel inertia switch?

bit of an annoying one this!

Thanks!
