Hello recently on my 1.4 the headgasket went so decided to engine swap it to a 1.8, got all the bits including ecu, wiring, drive shafts etc. My question is can I unlock the segam ecu without the original car or wire in immobiliser from the 1.4 ecu into the 1.8? Thank you for your help ________________________________________ Adam Beczkowski |

As it is a completely different engine, you need to swap the wiring harness and ECU as well. So everything from the donor car into the receiving car. Quite a lot of work.________________________________________ My car park:'96 Sigma Blue XSi6 '98 Diablo Red GTi6 '99 Onyx Black S16 All RFS powered! Plus various other Peugeots |
