Before I give myself a hernia what is the best way to remove the gear knob. I don't want to break it getting it off. Not sure if you just pull it as hard as you can or does it have a twist and pull sort of removal.________________________________________ Phil Goodson405 Mi16 Phase 1 until 2002 306 Gti6 current project car 405 Mi16 LeMans current project car 505 Gti Estate current project car Audi S4 daily |

Tip: make sure you sit in the center of the car. Twist and pul a bit. Do not try to get it loose in one or two twists.________________________________________ My car park:'96 Sigma Blue XSi6 '98 Diablo Red GTi6 '99 Onyx Black S16 All RFS powered! Plus various other Peugeots |

When you eventually get it off, you'll see why they are so difficult! Kinda upside down barbs which you're pulling against.________________________________________ 1999 GTi-6 (china blue)1999 Rallye (black) |
