Hello guys!
I'm on the market for an exhaust manifold from the 306 gti6! i intend to fit it on a 1.8 xsi 16v!
if anyone can send one to portugal or knows someone who can i'd be very thankful!

Thanks! I already bought a 306 Gti6 exhaust manifold for a similar price! do you also have the intake manifold? I'm on the market for that now

you will also need the catalytic converter or a decat pipe.

No cat needed, I'll be running a full stainless exhaust, 60mm with a resonator and a muffler. In fact, I already have the exhaust installed, only missing the headers

What do you mean heater pipes? what's wrong with the xsi ones?

you're talking about the one under the exhaust manifold right? a small u shaped tube? is it for cabin heating? or normal cooling of the engine? is it possible to delete?

I think that is the one. I have never done such an upgrade to a 1.8 but a friend of mine who put a GTI6 lump in a 1.8 told me that the heater pipes need adjustment as the 1.8 run to close to the manifold.

alright then! Guess I might have to do some of the likes! Probably buy some new tubing and reroute the coolant!
