Can standard Cyclones take 185 60 15 tyres and would the rolling radius be about the same as 195 55 15?

i dare say the 185 will fit,.
the 60 profile you may get rubbing,. but i guess you won't know till you try Dunno

Circumference will be 2.63 cm longer.

1.26% difference, meaning your speedometer will show a lower speed than what you are actually driving.

Radius 195/55R15 = 29.775 cm
Radius 185/60R15 = 30.150 cm
