Hi all,

As I have to many 306's, oh wait... that is not possible.

As I have a lot of 306's I need a lot of wheels. Normally, I would go for OEM wheels like Challenger and Rinjani. But I need an additional set of wheels and now I am thinking of the following:

17" TD Pro Race 1.2
17" TD Pro Race 3
17" OZ Ultraleggera

Idea is to fit them with (semi) slicks for trackday use.

Which one would you advise. I like the look of 17" wheels, but is there any reason to go for 16" or smaller?

Pictures of 306's with these wheels fitted are appreciated!

FYI: I also have a set of C5 steelies but these are with the flat surface holes... Before I knew about the issues with these, I had these for use on trackdays.

If 15" is the best option, I will search for the right C5 steelies.

Thanks for the info. I was always wondering how that go well with these 'closed' wheels. Which wheels would you suggest as alternative?

Got myself 10 C5 steelies (the right ones) including the OEM wheel bolts (and some other junk that I had to take along) for 100 euros.

Nankang NS2-Rs are already fitted.

For now I think I am fine with brake cooling. I have not tuned the engine and I am new to trackdays. Whenever brake cooling becomes an issue, I will search for motorsport 15" wheels.
