I've done a bit of searching and can't seem to find a definitive answer.
What are the clearance tolerances for the mains and big end bearings?

Not sure what they are off the top of my head but I found them by looking in the bearing manufacturers catalogue if that helps!

mains 0,040/0,100

Where did you get your figures from Paul?

I've worked out these from the King racing website:
Big end 0.025 / 0.056
Mains 0.037 / 0.075

I couldn't find the Glyco catalogue anywhere the other day when i was searching for it. It's Glyco bearings that i've fitted in the end. Thanks a lot for the link and info Thumbs up
