Does anyone on here have access to the AskMID database so I can get the policy details of a vehicle involved in an accident?

I paid AskMID the £4.50 fee but couldn't help due to data protection law because there was more than one policy on the vehicle at the time of the accident. They won't let me give the driver details by email and you can't enter the name on the site so am stuck.
