Anyway on a serious not does anyone know if the faceplate for the Clarion stereo's can be purchased separately?
If not what was the model code that came with the Rallye's, 1570 A, B, or C?

I contacted Clarion about this recently as I wanted one for my Rallye. I'd found exploded diagrams and part numbers but Clarion said it was too old and couldn't supply.I've got one if you need it? It was a bit beaten up when it came to me so I've filled and painted it. Not a great job and I was planning to re-do but since found a better unit. ________________________________________ 1343Z4 coolant hose o-rings for sale198131 injector o-rings for sale |

That's the one Ben yep, not sure if it's called a faceplate, probably face surround might be better. ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

Thanks Tom. Like yourself I'm looking for something a little more mint for the minute, don't fancy buying a whole new radio though. ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

Hi guys, this may help you, we deal with a company called Celsus and they still list/keep it. Have look on the old flebay, plenty available - search part number AFC5147, preety sure this is what you're after? ________________________________________ Bianca 306 Rallye.Mondeo Titanium X. |

Thanks Nose. Its not quite what i was after, it was the original surround that attaches to some of the clarion stereo's, like the one's in Toms links. I got a stereo like that off ebay but unfortunately the packaging was not up to scratch and the surround part broke ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

I'm fairly sure I have one of those stereos in my XSi. I hadn't really decided to sell it, but I might. |

A lot of it comes down to if I ever sell the car, its such a decent example (other than the interior bits that are damaged/missing) that it probably should stay complete, I'll even be keeping the wheels made of lead to go back on if it ever sells. |
