Firstly-
Common causes for an engine oil leak, I'd hazard a guess based upon where I have observed the dripping that it is happening somewhere at the rear of the engine, as the drips come out somewhere above the Power steering rack, very much on the driver side.

Its engine oil leaking though..



Second-
After starting the car cold, there is what can only be described as a watery sound sound coming from an area in the engine bay that i'd guess is behind the steering wheel, The rushing sound made increases with revs, after like 5 mins however its gone.


Any ideas for either (or both?) of the above greatly appreciated

Oil leak is most likely coming from the exhaust rocker cover.

As for the water noise, it sounds like a small amount of air in the cooling system, try giving it a quick bleed. Thumbs up

This exhaust rocket cover thing, Is there another name for it, not sure i know where to start with that one

rocker cover is Cam cover on top on the engine so inlet has the oil cap on exhaust cam cover is directly behind
